The purpose of this site is to assist brokers to form better relationships with independent real estate agencies which do not have their own financial services arm. It is not intended to be used by franchise chains (eg L J Hooker has L J Hooker Home Loans).
The Independent Real Estate Agents by and large do not have a referral source for borrowers and this is your opportunity to fill that gap. The system is so sophisticated that it creates two email alerts when potential buyers browse at property from the site. The real estate agent will get an email alert as will the finance broker who introduced the listing of the agents properties on the myhomeonline website.
The broker then should contact the potential buyer and prequalify them with a mortgage needs analysis so that they can refer the buyer to the agent as a prequalified purchaser. This will eliminate the agent showing buyers properties beyond their financial means. It will also develop a sound referral relationship between the real estate agent back to the broker.
