GST

Refunds and Credits
The property advertisement listing becomes active immediately following the acceptance of your payment and as such we can not guarantee that your property listing has not been seen by someone browsing our site. Therefore it is deemed that the service was provided.
All care and details have been taken to show how the listing will appear before any payment is requested.
Signage can only be returned or exchanged in the following circumstances:
- if the “For sale sign was damaged during delivery to the client’s nominated address.
- The sign was incorrectly printed by myhomeonline.com.au. NB If you supplied incorrect information and that information was used for the printing of the sign then you will not be entitled to a refund.
If it is agreed that a refund is warranted then the refund amount will not exceed the cost of the sign.
In the event that we are unable to deliver or to resupply the service or part of the service and you have been billed for the service, we will provide you with a credit for the amount of the service not supplied at that point of time and put this credit towards the service when it is provided Eg if your payment of the service is after the printing deadline for the next issue of the magazine myhomeonline.com.au, you will receive a credit towards the next subsequent edition of the magazine.
