Q4.    How do I retrieve my password? I have deleted the confirmation email with my password.

If you have deleted the confirmation email, it is quite likely you have forgotten your user number as well. For security reasons the website does not allow users to access their password. Please ring your myhomeonline representative on 1300 761 862 who will arrange to have your password re-sent to your email address.

Q5.    How do I delist my property from myhomeonline.com.au? My property is sold, but it is still listed on the site.

You need to login and go into that property's information page on the website. On that page there is drop-down list called 'sale status'. You will need to change it to what is appropriate in your circumstance (i.e. sold, under contract, etc.). If the property is sold, the address will be hidden to the public. The property will be automatically removed from the site after a preset delay.
