The myhomeonline.com.au concept was created by a group of finance brokers looking at different ways to create a lead generation tool for mortgage purposes. The aim and concept relies heavily on qualified finance brokers working closely with independent real estate agencies nationwide. This IT platform allows agents to list their properties on this site knowing that accredited finance brokers, by mutual agreement in the same region can share leads. It is essential that both the real estate agent and the finance broker have a sound and reliable cross networking relationship.

Many real estate agencies these days have their own inhouse loan facilities eg; Ray White Financial Services and L J Hooker Home Loans. This site will allow all independent real estate agencies access to a finance professional in their own local demographic region. It is intended to provide all independent real estate agents immediate access to a finance professional.

This website and its concept has been offered to "The Finance Brokers Association of Australia" (FBAA) in an attempt to help that associations membership develop closer working relationships with independent real estate agents hence creating a lead generation tool for both parties. The FBAA are in the process of creating their own membership base marketing co-operative and it has been agreed that this site will be made available for all members of that co-operative. This will give this website access to over 10,000 finance professionals nationwide.

It is highly recommended and encouraged that all independent real estate agents express an interest in registering for use of this site. Particularly whilst the site is undergoing ongoing development.
